SAFETY VALVES

Airpol spring-loaded safety valves ZB are used in pressure installations to protect the system against excessive pressure increase. They prevent the pressure from exceeding a certain value by automatically and immediately exhausting the excess medium to the atmosphere (so called venting). They have an immediate ability to open at the moment of sudden, uncontrolled pressure surge, preventing explosion of a tank, compressor, pipeline, etc.

High quality safety valves of ZB series are made of stainless steel. The valves are tested and preset to the required opening pressure or, if ordered for a range of pressures, to the maximum pressure of that range. Our product can be set to an opening pressure from 6 bar to 16 bar. Designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU. We have the necessary attestations and certificates for all valves. It is possible to order a valve with an acceptance inspection of the Office of Technical Inspection. Safety valves supplied by us are factory set and sealed by the manufacturer.
