Ultrapure Smart dehumidifiers operate on the basis of adsorption technology to remove moisture from compressed air. They provide clean and dry compressed breathing air in accordance with the standards and requirements set for the medium used for medical purposes.
Ultrapure Smart dryers are complete treatment packages including an adsorption dryer, a Co-, Co2 NOx and SO2 adsorber, a pre-filter, a post-filter and an automatic condensate drain. The units are compact in design and small in size.
The adsorbent is placed in replaceable cartridges. A special indicator informs the user about the time when the cartridges and filtering elements should be replaced. This time has been optimally calculated by the manufacturer to ensure safety of the device’s operation and desired air quality during its entire life.
Aipol’s offer includes two versions of Ultrapure Smart dryers: Standard and Superplus. Superplus dryers additionally have a self-diagnosing system based on controlling regenerated air flow parameters with sensors. Superplus dryers ensure load-dependent control – the operation cycle automatically adapts to the moisture load at the inlet, which saves regenerated air and reduces operating costs. Selecting a dryer requires consideration of several operating factors such as inlet temperature, pressure, desired flow rate.
