Moisture removal is critical not only for sensitive industrial processes, but also for protecting the entire compressed air network. That is why Airpol CompactPrime DRY compressors feature an integrated air treatment system combining a high-efficiency cyclone separator and a refrigeration dryer, ensuring a pressure dew point of +3°C.

Airpol T compressors go even further, with built-in compressed air filters that effectively eliminate moisture while significantly reducing oil and solid particles. The result is clean, dry compressed air that safeguards machinery, tools and equipment from corrosion and damage — minimizing downtime and preventing unexpected production disruptions.

The compact, all-in-one design of Airpol screw compressors saves valuable floor space, reduces installation costs by eliminating the need for additional components, and enhances the overall aesthetics of the compressor room.

For applications where space is at a premium, Airpol CompactPrime DRY series compressors (3–15 kW) are mounted on 240- or 500-litre air receiver, offering a complete, space-efficient solution that is especially valued by users operating in limited working areas.

High quality air

The integrated air treatment system ensures high-quality process air, providing effective corrosion protection for pneumatic equipment and the entire compressed air network. At the customer’s special request, Airpol can modify the filter configuration to achieve air parameters tailored to the specific requirements of the technological process.

Both Airpol CompactPrime DRY and Airpol T screw compressors are equipped with an integrated refrigeration air dryer, ensuring a stable pressure dew point of +3°C.

In the Airpol CompactPrime DRY, the drying process is additionally supported by a built-in cyclone separator, which pre-separates moisture and condensate before the air enters the dryer. This increases drying efficiency and improves overall system reliability.

The Airpol T series offers an even more advanced air treatment solution. In addition to the refrigerated dryer, Airpol T compressors are equipped with two integrated compressed air filters, installed in the same casing as the compressor unit. This eliminates the need for additional floor space and avoids extra installation costs typically associated with external air treatment systems.

The integrated air treatment package includes:

  • Pre-filter with high dust holding capacity
    (removes 99% of solid and liquid particles larger than 3 μm)
  • Refrigerated air dryer
    (removes moisture from compressed air down to a pressure dew point of +3°C)
  • Fine filter with a multilayer dense microfibre cartridge
    (removes 99% of solid particles larger than 1 μm and ensures residual oil content does not exceed 0.1 mg/m³)

For more demanding applications, the same filtration system can also be installed on the Airpol CompactPrime DRY, mounted on the air receiver, as an optional additional package, allowing the compressor to meet higher air purity requirements.

The MS-286 AIRPOL POWER CONTROL microprocessor controller designed specifically for use with Airpol screw compressors provides efficient operation and safety of the entire system, as well as compressor operating parameters monitoring.  Very easy to use and intuitive, offering wide range of options: operation modes choice, specific settings  modification, current compressor parameter values monitoring, status of operation time counters, energy consumption and many more.

The MS-286 controller complies with cyber security standards, which provides compressor operation secure remote monitoring.

  • No need to send data outside the LAN structure.
